The Radar ScoreTM is based only on my network's opinions (My friends, friends of my friends, and their friends). My friends' opinions count highest, followed by their friends' opinions, and so on down the chain. The closer they are, the more their opinion counts.
The Average Score based on an average of all TrustedOpinion members' opinions.
