Ate here for dinner on the Riverwalk at the bottom of the Drury Inn & Suites. The appetizers and the desserts were delicious. The spicy artichoke dip provides a good taste of "tex-mex" and the Jack Pi...

In Short – The dining equivalent of the Texas souvenir store or an evening at the Rodeo, TXLC has found the Texas angle and is working it to the hilt. Branding irons and hefty logs decorate the interior; a massive cattle herder mural covers the back wall. Even the menu reflects Lone Star cuisine with noticeable departures from other steak house's list of side orders; TXLC will gladly give you enchiladas in place of the standard baked potato. Just remember to bring a big appetite (or a to-go box for the next day's lunch) and leave the vegetarian at home.
