Wyandot Barbeque

A standard Kansas City BBQ joint. Not the best in the Metro, but It's above average in taste. It has an authentic dining environment that you would expect for a smokehouse BBQ.
Disappointing, the day i went anyway. I was looking forward to trying this place out but the food was average. It might have been an off day as others had said it was usually very good.

not my favorite but give it a shot. You might like it....

Some of the best bbq in the area. Great locally owned spot with good flavor
and good fries....

ON JULY 13th I STOPED AT WYANDOT BBQ 8441 State Ave Kansas City, Kansas 66112 (and just so you know they have another one at! 7215 West 75th Street Overland Park, Kansas) ORDER SLAB OF RIBS, COLE SLAW, & BAKED BEANS, GOT HOME OPEN IT UP AND THE RIBS WAS BURNT? WENT BACK DOWN TO WYANDOT BBQ AND ASKED FOR THE MANAGER (jim) AND ASKED FOR MY MONEY BACK . HE SAID NO!!! AND THEN I ASKED FOR THE OWNER? WHICH IS (Ronald E. Williams) AND (jim) THE MANAGER TOLD ME! (he will tell you the same thing) BUT HERE'S THE NUMBER HE WILL BE HERE IN THE MORRING. JULY 14th 2008 I CALLED TO TALK TO ( Ronald E. Williams) I TRYED TO TELL HIM WHAT WAS WRONG WITH THE FOOD? AND HE CUT ME OFF AND TOLD ME HE HAD BEEN COOK 35 YEARS AND NEVER HAD A COMPLANT, (see links below) AND HUNG UP ON ME . STOPED IN TO SEE HIM IN PERSON AND SHOW HIM THE RIBS. AND WAS TOLD (do you see a customer satisfattion sign now get out) AND WAS ATTCKED BY THE STAFF AND WAS KICKED OUT??? AFTER THIS I DID SOME CHECKING ON THIS PLACE AND FOUN...
