Interesting array of beers. The stout has a very heavy coffee note and the grapefruit quality of the ambers is a bit novel. Two dollar pint night is popular with the locals and you can order small glasses to sample their various brews. For dinner, we had the calamari which was prepared nicely but served in a very akward bowl on a stand. We tossed the stand. We should have stopped here because to this point everything was fine. On our waitress' recommendation we ordered what she called the house favorite, Smoked salmon fish and chips. Our intuition was that these things do not go together and we shouldn't have ordered it, but took our server's advice anyway. Well, there are things you just shouldn't do to salmon and this is one of them. I think we each had a taste of this and no more. We also ordered the seafood and spinach canelloni.
